Return Policy
We want to ensure every purchase meets you high standard of quality and performance and will do everything we can do to make shopping at ANNA’S the place where you return time after time. If though, you are not satisfied with your purchases* we will gladly return your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Orders returned that received free shipping will have the amount of postage costs deducted from the amount of refund due. Simply return the items in the same condition as received within 10 days of receipt. Items must have all orginal tags on the garment. Please follow these instructions for faster service:

- Package item securely. State the reason for return on the invoice inside the package.
- Mail to address shown on invoice.
- We will issue a credit to the original credit card used for purchase for the cost of the item and the sales tax, less shipping and handling, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.
